shortcut help please

[Wizard]

I keep getting the message "shortcut to drive D:\ does not exist, Please
check path"
this is for the shortcuts I have paced on the desktop for my CD and DVD
drives, I also have a shortcut for my H-Drive (C:\) but that works fine

Open Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and uninstall the Microsoft
WindowsUpdate hotfix "821557"
