Try using System Restore to take you back to a time prior to when this
began. Start\All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore.

You just learned a valuable lesson - don't interrupt "working" downloads !

1/ Right-click the icon, choose "properties" and go to the folder.
2/ See if you have "uninstall" option there (it may not work thanks to
interruption)
3/ Try Control panel, Add/remove programs - this might work (again, possible
problem due to incomplete download)
Failing that, use Norton Utilities to clean up your disk and registry.
Hope this helps ! Len
PS it's near impossible to a/ maintain a working system and b/restore a
working system, if users abort running processes abnormally.
