Blurry images when using movie maker 2

I am trying to create a VCD of images as a slide show to
add 160 images at 1600x1200 (72DPI) then add sound etc.
When I preview the story board the images appear blurry on
full screen, any experience with this?

It's a VCD! Maximum resolution is 352 x 240.

Thanks Cari, I thought that Movie Maker 2 would only
display at the lower res, I guess I will need to resise
all the images, don't know another way around that, maybe
I should try a different package.
