Automatic updates

Could someone tell me how to set the pc for automatic
updates, with both options (1) auto retrieve AND (2)
notification in sys tray for updates and allow to review
before downloading.

System Properties> Automatic Updates. Check the box to enable Automatic
Updating. The options that you want are described in the first combination in
the list.
