dial up connection

I recently upgraded from xp home to xp professional; the
upgrade wiped out my dial up connection and I am not able
to create a new dial up connection. Does any one have
any tips on how to get this fixed?

Are you logged in as Administrator? (Or a User with Admin rights?)
