Sync Addr Book

I am trying to sync my addr book from my server to my laptop. I am running
XP Pro and my mail program is Outlook Express. When I do an export from
Outlook Express it gives me a chose of a comma separated file or Exchange
format and I chose the comma separated file format. When I go to import it
there is only a .wab format to import. How can I sync my addr book on my
server with the addr book on my laptop.

I do this by copying the actual address book (.wab file) rather than
using Export/Import. It is in Documents & Settings / Username /
Application data / Microsoft / Address book
