Trouble with installation of XP Home Version

Put all the info in for owners, address, etc. - Next -
then was told "failed to locate a valid qualifying
product", "please selct xxxxx (product compliance
check)". I do not understand what this is asking for. Can
anyone help? Thanks.

Are you maybe trying to install with an Upgrade version of Windows XP on a
system with no OS?
