Is it possible to transfer all of our bookmarked websites
from windows98 to XP?

Yes. Put in C/Documents and Settings/<accountname>/Favorites.

In W98 Internet Explorer, go to File-Import ad Export and export the
favorites to a file. Copy this file to the XP machine and in XP Internet
Explorer, go to File-Import and Export and import the favorites.
Google
