Installer Cleanup Utility?

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with Office XP I can't repair or uninstall it because of
this error message "This package could be opened. Contact the application
vendor ......." I found the exact problem on support pages at Microsoft, BUT
because I'm using Windows XP there is no (that I can find) Installer Cleanup
Utility. So I am at a lost to what to do. I didn't really want to format the
hard drive but I cant see any other way. ANY ideas would be appreciated.
