Every time I cold boot the computer, a window appears
titled "System 32" and tells me not to mess with it or it
might screw up the computer. So I close this window each
time and then everything proceeds normally. How can I
keep this window from opening each time I cold boot the
computer?

Greetings --
This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by
an incomplete program removal, in the
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys. It can also
be caused by an entry in these same keys that starts with a " / ."
