cpu usage 100%

i don't know how this happened but my computer's cpu
usage all of the sudden went up to 100%. i shut down my
computer and it would immediately go up to 100% again.
is there anything that i can do?

You might want to do a virus scan. About 98% of the time this happens you
will have a virus.
