Administrator account

I am setting up my first administrator account and when I
do so, I can't access the internet. IE just hangs while
loading it never even goes to the error page. If I also
set up a limited user account, that account can access
with no problem. I have cable broadband. Any ideas on
what may be causing this? My default administrator
account accesses the internet also with no problem.

How are you accessing the internet? Broadband, Dial Up?
Check the 'Connections' tab under internet options and make sure none
of the options are ticked for the LAN stuff and that the Dial up
connection is shown and enabled.
