Every time i log on to the internet, my computer begins to
download from a system32 website. Is this an automatic
update, or does it have something to do with some type of
worm? I'm very concerned over whether someone is doing
something to my computer. Please help. Thank you.

What you are seeing is not normal. Run a current virus scan and also run
Spybot and AdAware.
