Does anyone know what to do if you forgot your password
at login, but did not make a reset disk? Please respond

Reboot into safe mode and login as 'Administrator' user (which is
usually hidden) then load the User Accounts control panel, select the
user you which to change and select 'Change the password'. Reboot and
login as normal.
