installing news software

I m trying to install a program called sonicstage, it work
very well under my account but when i go under my partners
account which is limited it says that she need an
admistrator level to use it? why? how will it be possible
for me to install any new program under my administrator
level and give access to those programs to other user
under a limited access?

She doesn't need to be administrator, this should help:
