printing

Could someone please help me. I need to know how to change my settings on my printer to where it will print color also. It is only set to print black but is a color printer.

Uncheck the grayscale box.

Check you have color ink in the cartridge as well.

I dont know how to uncheck to grayscale box. could you please tell me how

Assuming yoiu have XP. Find your printer icon. If you dont' know how, click
on start, control panel, click on printer and other hardware, click on view
installed printers, then click on yoiur printer icon, in this window go to
file then printing preferences, in that window click on the paper/quality
tab, then look for what the color settings are.

try deleting your printer and re-installing it.
