Hiya
Could someone help me please by telling me what
the following folder holds.NTUSER DAT FILE 2,048kb. It
might sound a silly question but it has got me wondering
what it holds.

This holds the User part of the Registry, each user has there own
Registry settings. You can view it contents automatically using
RegEdit and expand the HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
There is a NTUser.Dat.Log file as well which I believe is a
transaction log of some sort.
DO NOT edit these files directly as you can desctory all your
settings!
