View Full Version : Can you make the tool bars behave like under Win98 ?

When you added enough programs under Win98, it would start to make the
toolbars less wide. In XP it seems you can chose to have tool bars
grouped, or get a scroll bar - but not the "less wide" option - is it
somehow possible to enable this?

Hi,
An option is to change the size of the buttons. To do so, run the edit on

Hmm....I've never seen a scrollbar down there, sorry.

Disable grouping - start notepad 10 times - you'll see it (assuming you
are not nearsighted) - however i didn't ask how to get it.

Yeah, except that makes them permanently narrower, not only when
required.
Thanks anyway.
