when i custom set toolbars in ie the setting won't stay
if i reboot. i want no text on right, no links bar, small
icons, and move address bar. they keep reverting to a
default setting. how do i fix this?

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

HP's AutoTKit is known to cause this problem.
