Hi
We run a W2K server/Xp Pro network and have just received some 20 new XP Pro
laptops. Staff logon to the network using roaming profiles from laptop and
client pc. (same user account)
I want them to have access to their files offline enabling them to work from
home.
I have set up sync to run at logon/logoff which seems to work ok. When they
logon to the disconnected laptop they cannot see their offline files - they
are there as running 'delete offline files' displays them being deleted!
What is going on?

Appreciate any pointers

Tim

hi Tim,

This article has a section on troubleshooting offline files that hopefully
will help:

You might also check the Group Policy settings that affect offline files.
