Hi,
I am having major problems accessing my Office program,
and I need it in order to do my homework. My installation
disks were destroyed in a fire. I have downloaded every
Office program possible, but I still can't install the
Office 2002 program. I'm running Windows XP Home and I
also have the Works program, but I need Excel and Access
2002. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks
Carolyn

Hi Carolyn,

If you registered your Office product, you should be able to get a
replacement disk. This is the only way you can reinstall Office. See:
