Hi,

we just upgraded from Exchange 2000 with IM Services to Exchange 2003
and Live Communication Server 2003. After some days of finetuning
almost everything works as expected, except for an little Messenger
Issue:

When I start talking to somebody, that ist also logged in to LCS, the
first correspondece I type, is now delivered to the recipient and I
get an error message.

1) I click on the persons name in Messenger,
2) type e.g. "Test"
3) get an error message saying
"Folgende Nachricht konnte nicht an alle Empfänger übermittelt
werden",
which could be translated as
"The following message could not be delivered to all recipients"
4) I type "Test" again and everything is OK.

Does anybody have the same problem or know an answer?

TIA,

Julian
