Folder Options change

Being over 50 is a real bitch, CRS.
Yesterday, while at work, I read somewhere and thought it
was here how to have XP recognize 1000 Folders and their
options versus 400 and it gave directions for changing the
number from 400 to 1000.
I went to the bag sub-directories and I do have over 400
folders and they are scrambling all of the time. Dang I
don't remember the directions and I thought I had them
printed off. Can anyone help.
This sit ehas been a BIG help and has solved a few of my
problems already... thanks.
