Hey Guys,
I just re-installed my windows, got all my updates,
installed all my software and after defragmenting and
starting to use my computer....the problem:
When I turn on my computer or restart, my windows XP Pro
(black screen) fades in then the little slide bar scrolls
for about 4 times, then the Blue: "Welcome" screen comes
on and then it stays there.
The first time I waited about 30 minutes and it still
wouldn't boot into windows.
Then I pressed "ctrl-alt-delete", to reboot, but then the
hour glass came and the screen went away and my desktop
appeared.
I then shut down and tried to startup again and realized
that everytime I start my computer and get stuck at that
screen, all I have to do is press: " ctrl-alt-delete" to
by pass that Blue "welcome" screen and go in.....
So what's wrong with my system?
Can this be fixed?
thanks,
maxx
