Click on start- search- type *.tmp click on find, then
delete results, this work for me, Thomas

To delete temporary internet files open IE, click of Tools, click Internet
Options, under Temporary Internet Files click Delete.

you can also get there simply by right-clicking the internet explorer icon
that is on the desktop.

Close Internet Explorer. IE is using the files.

there is a good program called "Space Odyssey" that scans and reports all
the temporary and garbage files in your computer to enablyou to mark from a
result list for deletion. it can be found at this link:

i use it all the time and save a lot of useful hd space.
