View Full Version : Start Menu/Program Menu Confusion
Sandra

Hi,
I searched this forum and found some messages that I think answer my
question but when I click on the message I get message that the message is
not longer available. Sorry if someone has to repeat. Anyway...
When I go to my start/programs menu I see my current programs, but when I
view the programs menu from the explorer I do not see ALL of the programs. I
like to organize from the explorer because it is easier. I am the only user
and the only account on the machine. I also use the classic view. Can
someone tell me what is going on?

Thank You,
Sandra

Hello Sandra,
1 - For the "current user" entries in the start menu,
Right-click [Start] | Explore |
2 - For the "all users" entries in the start menu,
Right-click [Start] | Explore All Users |
3 - Organize as required.

I like to organize from the explorer because it is easier.
I am the only user and the only account on the machine.
I also use the classic view.
Can someone tell me what is going on?

....reads as statement with a "?" at the end.
So, is it a statement or a question?
What I wrote does not appear in any other post
in this thread, neither before "__Jan" Oct 20 2003 2:36PM
nor as of right now...
Start Menu/Program Menu Confusion.

Sandra's reply to me (Oct 20 2003 8:54PM) seems to
indicate that the information I wrote, answered her query.
So then, what is the purpose of your statement/question?
