Window size problems

Whenever I open a page from my favorites folder, open a
link in a new window or access a site from quick launch
the IE window is really REALLY small. How can I change it
so that every window opens maximized?

Have only "one" window open.
Adjust to desired size.
Use File->Exit to close.
Open new window.

I did what you said. Starting IE from quick launch works
fine but when I open a bookmark in my favorites folder,
the IE window still starts up small. Not minimized, just
tiny.
