every time that I turn on the computer appear this:

at address 100016b8

please help me i don't know what to do....

Hi,

Did you install Kazaa?

Likely because you installed Kazaa file-sharing. Control Panel/Add & Remove,
uninstall any/all of the following if they exist: Delfin, Pgmonitr,
Promulgate Universe. Removing these add-on bits of spy and adware will not
affect your ability to use the file sharing software.

This can also happen with some Creative sound cards, see:
