Some of the favorite internet shortcuts are not being
removed once deleted. they are reappearing after reboot
and I need to remove these permanently.
it seems that these have been loaded via some external
mechanism eventhough this now happens when not connected
to the internet either.
so i need to change / reconfigure some registry.
Please advise.
