Still can't install AIO A940 printer, D@#$ IT!!!

I've tried all of your suggestions and come up with the following error messages.
1) Server name or address could not be resolved
2) RPC Server is unavailable
When I tried to start spooling in Windows, it reads "Error1068: Dependency service or group failed to start".
At command prompt, I typed in net start spooler and it reads " NET is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file".
Nothing I have attempted seems to be working. Anymore quick suggestions or just call Dell.
