I would check the article KB#31878 to repair IE6 and
Outlook Express.

Where do I find that article?

This is the message I get:(if I click on link)


Your default mail program may not be installed correctly. Yet all things
work except hyperlinks to given e-maill adresses. Hyperlinks to URL websites
work fine.
