Take a look at Gary Woodruff's page on using the Files And Settings Transfer
(F.A.S.T) Wizard http://aumha.org/win5/a/fast.htm
You can use your XP CD, without having to install XP onto the old system,
to run F.A.S.T. Save the file and then use a CD Writer to burn the file to
disk. Use F.A.S.T on your new XP system to restore the files and settings.
Or you can simply burn individual files and folders to a CD and then copy
them back to the new system

XP recognizes both ISO 9660 format and Nero's INCD UDF format.

I would use a window under my computer - ( drive letter whatever yours is )
and open up the cd. I should then be able to copy if it is a cd and copy
AND move if it is a CD/RW. There is no need to use NERO.
