On a Windows98 machine I had addresses in an Excel spreadsheet and a Word mail-merge document and printed labels year after year. On moving to a new Dell Windows XP machine using the same tools the last row of 2 labels was only half printed. I have checked
that I am using the latest driver (for a HP Deskjet 760C). I have tried starting from scratch, giving dimensions of my labels etc; I have tried using an Avery wizard but cannot get a simple sheet of labels ?
Any suggestions on where to go from here ?
