When talking about Windows XP, I think XP does indeed stand for eXPerience.

However, you are quite right XP can also stand for eXtreme Programming.

Does MS offer free programming courses so that users can properly understand
why they charge and arm and a leg for XP and, at the end of the day, XP
doesn't even belong to you after you pay for it?

Actually, I use W2K and Win98 SE on my two computers. I wasn't bitching; you
were, about me. After reading this newsgroup for some time, I came to the
conclusion that XP is problematic. You confirmed by saying one needs to be a
programmer to be able to use it.

Now, can you address my points or only take refuge in ad hominems?

Enough to eXpect Problems? Absolutely not. Fact, not emotion, XP is the most
solid operating system ever. Just keep in mind that there is a lot of old
hardware out there that is not compatible with XP and therefore require
updates.

that 2K is more stable than XP, just for the fact that it ain't running
