File Protection

File protection, notices pops up frequently,
Stating,insert your windows Xp CD.I put it in hit the
retry and it goes away ,only to come back again later
on . can anyone tell me what could be going on . Thank

Hi Mike,

This is a common occurrence if you are canceling Check Disk upon boot. If
this isn't the case, what has been done since the popups started? New
hardware, software......
