Can anyone tell how (if it is possible) to determine
which driver caused a crash.

My computer recently crashed (no blue screen -- just an
unexpected reboot, as if I had temporarily lost power).
When I logged back into Windows after it came back up, it
detected the error and I let it send an Error Report. The
Error Report that came back said something like: Online
Crash: Device Driver. But that is totally unhelpful and
annoying, because I have no clue as to which device
driver. I ammend that: the printer had just finished
printing a document when the system suddenly tanked. I
have never had problems with my printer's device driver
before (that I know of).

Check Event Viewer logs for additional information.
