CTF loader?

Sometimes when I start mt computer up I get a message
stating "the ctf loader failed,to terminate this
application press Ok"When I press ook nothing happens and
I have to just close it with the "X" on the box. My
questions are why is this happening and what exactly is a
ctf loader? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank
