Hi Again
Please and,, if You have time I wana ask You about Few Things :
1- About those Windows Xp Association registry Fixes That You've sent me
Can I Load/Register Them into my Registry ?? or there is no need ?? would they change anything in my Registry ?
(To The Better)?? why im asking,, Well because I compared couple of them with my existing Registry entries and
I found that they are diffrent from mine ..
*Mine have less info from the ones in Win.XP Association. *Most of mine have this : 'Value is not set' whereas the
new ones's Values are set . etc.. OR ,, as long as the System is running ok I shouldn't bother with them ??
2- In Contol Pannel to the left, under See Also Other Contol Pannel Options There Is Nothing In There !! And ,
In User Accounts main page I dont have all those Submenus Tabs/Links under 'Pick Up A Task' as i used to have a
year ago or so,, I only have three now !! And,, when I Pick My Account Name I find only 4 tasks under
"What You Want To Change.." I Rember that I used to have more !! for EXAMPLE I dont have
' Set My Account To Use A Net Passport'. And ,, to the left Under Realated Tasks I Only Have 4 tasks !! And,,
in 'Add Remove Programs' I only have three Options : Change or Remove Program , Add New Program ,
Add Remove Windows Components
3- Some Times I get This Error Message: Windows_ Virtual memory minimum too low ... even when I dont have
so many programs loaded ,, most often I get It when i Load The Windows Movie Maker. Well,, I've Got an HP(desktop)
with 857 MHz and 384 MB of Ram , with total size of 28 GB ,, 20 GB out of that still free..
4- When I look for ' Windows Explorer' I Cannot Find It and when I do and I try To Open it , It either takes me to
My Documents Or, It Takes Me To Main Drive C Or, to a Folder named Windows Explorer But there is Nothing in it !! And when i search for it I cannot find It In The System.
5- When I right click on any System file,, any Dll File or any Activex File ,and I click on View Dependencies ,,
The Dependency Walker -[asctrls.ocx] opens up.. and in the bottom of Program's Page I see
A warning message in red Says that: Warning: At least one module has an unresolved import due to a missing export
function in a delay-load dependent module. !! and in The main page to the left where all the dependencies are located I can see Only One Item is in Red Color, that is : MPR.DLL ,,, and on the right on the top of the page under PI^ : C in red Col
or It's Function name is :WNetRestoreConnectionA !!
I dont know what is that and why The MPR.DLL is the only one in Red . Is it something to worry about ??
6- And Last .. This One is kind of tricky.. Well I'll try to explain as much as I could -I better do- :) lol@me
Well . It's about the settings and The Look of: My Desktop, My Files& Folders, My Text Documents, My Note Pads
and all Other Programs and Applications... etc... When I browse Or, I Point My Mouse Or I navigate On Any One
Of Those I've Just Mentioned above ,, What Happen is : Let say I have opened : One File/Folder , Microsoft Visual Basics ,,
Internet Explorer , And , One Text Document .. Let Say Iam Typing a note in The Text Document and I have The Mouse Pointer
set on the last word I typed in that Text document where I could see The Cursor is blinking at the last letter of that word I'm Typing ....
Now Let Say I Move The Mouse Pointer out of that page (The Text Document Page ) where Im Typing The Note without clicking on
the Mouse Just moving The Mouse Out Of That Page , and, point it at the Tool Bar or at any other opened File or a Program..
What Happen here is The Cursor disappear and stops Blinking on that word that iam typing in that text document page!!
Well I tried all sort of Mouse,, Keyboard ,Folders,and appearance settings to cahnge that But Nothing worked sofar..
When I log off and i go and log on the Adminstrator Account,, That Problem Is Not There !! even dough both
my Account and The Adminstrator Account have same ettings ..
Well I Know I've Got Too Much To Ask For ( Forgive Me For That). I'm Not Sure If You Handle Things Like That..
I Know That You Are A Shell Specialist (which I Dont Know what it Means) ;) lol@me again .. But I wanted To Ask You
anyway .. Well what You Could Help Me With Is Fine With Me.. You've Already Helped Me With The Main Problem
That Saved Me My System (F):):) and No Rush Please Take Your Time.
