When I start up I receive the following

Hole has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

After reporting the problem to Microsoft, I went to "more
information" and received the following

Probably most likely caused by a virus

"Win32/DlToon.Trojan
to prevent this problem from occurring again, we highly
recommend you install and run an up-to-date anti-virus
application to detect and fix this computer virus issue.
To see a list of anti-virus software vendors, click here.
To keep yourself informed of the latest security issues,
please visit the Microsoft Security Web site. "
I then cleaned the entire computer using Panda Platinum
2004 (one of the Microsoft partner recommended systems.).
The problem was not fixed. I still get the same "hole"
message each time I boot up.
What can be done to fix this matter?
Thank you,
Mel
