Keeps coming back

I keep finding a file name: "~" added to my desktop every
once in a while. I have delete it several times but it
just keep coming back. Can anyone tell me how to get
ride of it for good? Thanks!

Hi Thomas,

This happens when you make a change and/or view the Address Book. You can
either rename it with a .dbx extension or delete it. It came about from
the updates numbered: 331923 and 330994. MS is aware of the issue and are
working on it.
