In the last few days when I click on the start button it
takes 1 minute or so for the menu to come up and then
another 20 secs for the programs to show. Also when I
click IE it takes a while for it to pop up. After coming
up it runs fine. I haved updated latest virus definition
files and ran spybot removal, and pc is clean. Any ideas
what's causing this?
