In Int/ex,click "Tools",then "Int/options".Click on the "Advanced tab,then select "Enable third party browser extensions",and disable it.Apply/ok, then close down.Alternative method is to remove "Surfairy",if you have that prog.

have removed surf fairy and all ok now thanks, just wanted to check what surf fairy did before I tell my colleague to do the same! Can you help?
