The computers in my office have recently gone from about
45 seconds to over an hour for each user to logon to
windows xp. We are all connected to a dns server on our
company domain, and none of the server settings have been
changed to cause this problem.
Each user can login to their own computer in under a
minute, but once you try and log on to the domain it takes
FOREVER.
Does anyone know why the login to the domain is taking so
long? Is it taking it that long for the server to
acknowledge each of the workstations, and if so, why and
what can be done?
