Is there any way to reinstall the Windows XP Professional
operating system while leaving my non-system files and
folders untouched? I'm having the apparently not uncommon
problem of being locked in an infinite reboot cycle. So
far, I see a lot of people posting the same (or a similar)
problem but not too many definitive causes/fixes being
posted in reply. I was thinking that perhaps I could just
re-install the whole OS but I can't take any huge risks
with the work files currently living on my hard drive.
Any advice? Thanks in advance!
