installing agp driver updates

I have a sis 730s chipset and recently purchased the radeon 9200 video card. I was told to download the latest agp drivers prior to installing the card. So, I did, and am having a problem installing this update from this zipped file. Is there anything els
e I should know, as I realize that this is quite a jump from my old card. How do I actually update this display driver? Waiting to install, Steve.

Did you also download the latest Catalyst drivers from ATI?
