IE Edit Tool

Sometimes when I boot up IE, the edit button shows an
arrow with choices between notepad and front page
express. Sometimes when use IE, that button is greyed
out and I cannot use it. How come? What can I do to
make sure that choice is always there and not greyed
out.

In IE, got to Tools>Internet Options>Programs tab and select the HTML editor
there. See if that helps.
