Unable to Delete Files

I am unable to delete files. They keep coming back. I
read in knowledge base that there is a fix. Does anyone
have it? The explanation is below. Thanks

CAUSE
This problem may occur if you have installed the hotfix
that is described in the following Microsoft Knowledge
Base article:
323582 Net3101 Error on OS/2 Server Because of
SessionSetup SMB

This problem may also occur if you have installed the MS
03-005 security patch.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is
only intended to correct the problem described in this
article. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing
this specific problem. This fix may receive additional
testing to further ensure product quality. Therefore, if
you are not severely affected by this problem, Microsoft
recommends that you wait for the next Windows XP service
pack that contains this fix.
