I apologize if I'm not in the right forum. The more I
try to find an answer to my question, the more
overwhelmed I become. We just got a new computer and got
XP. We set up the separate screens for each of us and
then set up Outlook on each screen. My dh already had an
email address from when we were on WinME (but our emails
were always together) I love the idea that we can
separate them now, but I can't seem to get his to work.
I set up both children with an email address and they
seem to be working fine. (We use att.net if that makes a
difference). When I pull up outlook for my dh, he rec's
mail, but only old mail (about half way through his old
messages he gets a Your POP3 server has not responded.
I'm not having any trouble with the other three accounts -
just his. I've sent a few emails from his account (to
check if the kids would rec them) and don't seem to have
any problems there. I've checked through properties and
all of his server addresses match the ones the rest of us
have. Any ideas? Thanks. Mary

Your POP3 server is run by your ISP. You might try contacting them to make
sure you have your settings right in OE.
