Lost Vidio Picture

[Novice Viking]

I seen to have lost my vidio picture when trying to view a tutorial C D .Loads fine with sound, brand name and illustrations
etc. As soon as i select the topic, the picture is replaced by a diagonal red lined screen.At the top of the screen it says,
Vidio not available .Cannot find 'vids:tscc decompression' Can anybody please HELP ?

Try downloading the tscc.exe from
http://www.getafile.com/cgi-bin/merlot/get/techsmith/TSCC.exe This should
take care of your problem.
