I recently installed norton antivirus 2004. Right off the
bat I let norton do its thing and even allowed it to guard
active x components. Then I got application error
messages that it couldnt run any longer and to uninstall
and re install the program. Well that didn't work I could
never get it working again and nortons support didnt help
unless I wanted to pay them for it. So I try uninstalling
it completely and afterwards any web site using ative X or
anything in the OS using active X wouldnt work. As a last
resort I reinstalled the OS on top of itself and got most
of it back. How can I make sure norton is completely
UNinstalled? Some things like live update are still there
from norton and I am afriad somewher norton is still
controling active X. Also after reinstalling the OS I
lost internet connection sharing even though I check and
it is enabled. How can I get this back?
